Connection to SafiServer from SafiWorkshop
From a fresh workspace:
Double-click the SafiServer node in the Navigator:
You should see the following pop-up:
Fill in the Basic Connection Settings
- SafiServer IP or Hostname: The IP or hostname of your SafiServer
- SafiServer Port: TCP/SSH port for your SafiServer (default of 8822)
- SafiServer User Name: Use sa as the login
- SafiServer Password: Enter the password you set durring the SafiServer install
Press the Login button to make the connection
NOTE: the first connection to a SafiServer will require you to accept the SSH tokens for that server, if prompted; press Yes to accept
After the connection has been successfully made; you should see the SafiServer View tab and the SafiServer node in the Navigator should have a green play symbol on it.
