Running SafiServer 1.3 BETA on Windows
Run in Console Mode
1: Download SafiServer for Windows (Make sure to download version 1.3+)
2: Unzip the file into a directory of your choice
3: Modify the etc\safi.environment.cfg file
- Set user.password to what you want your sa password to be (you will use this password to login to SafiServer from the SafiWorkshop)
- Set custom.init.host to the name (or address) of the Web Service Custom Initiator
- Set custom.init.port to the port of the Web Service Custom Initiator
4: Launch SafiServer by running (change the path to match your install):
C:\SafiServer-1.3.0.Beta\bin\safiserver.bat
You should see the following (NOTE: the startup process will wait here for up to a minute before proceeding)
The first time the server is started it will create the database used. You should see the following after everything has started:
Shutdown in console mode
You can shutdown SafiServer by entering the following into the karaf console:
osgi:shutdown
